Guest guest
Just noticed what you said. So increasing the fats really made a big difference? I recently bought some coconut oil and am going to start eating it maybe every day, either by itself if I have to or at least on things like popcorn. I will try taking BHT soon and it must be taken with high fat content meal in order to be effective and so that along with coconut oil supposedly having anti-viral properties is why I bought the coconut oil as I am EBV positive. I am currently reading the BHT book and it says BHT only takes a few days to work and so at least I won't have to take it for weeks to see if it helps me feel any better by hopefully killing off the EBV. Guest guest
That's a good idea , taking the coconut oil with BHT. Have to file that one away in me brain box. I like the Coconut oil kept in the fridge so it congeals. Then I eat it like ice cream. Or, I fill it full of sunflower seeds, then put it in the fridge. It comes out looking like bird suet As you may know, coconut oil is supposedly anti-viral in itself, and it feeds directly as a substrate for some of our hormones.
