Guest guest
Just curious to know how many other parents kids have dished in (concave) fingernails? Ethan's nails were like that from birth on, of course though, he did have digestive problems since birth. Elora's nails were perfect at birth-- a manicurists dream! Now, after the shots, failure to have bms, her nails are dishing in, too. Ethan's DID improve after we put him on the lactobacillus/acidophillus and increased the omega-3's... now, his nails are starting to get flatter/slightly rounder, and they are thicker and not peeling. I am always suspicious of all these " look at these physical factors " things, I have read sooooooo many of them out there it is occasionally humorous depending on the trait. However I will mention, that it would appear your child may have had a fungus/yeast issue, and/or a too-low-EFA issue, which had manifested also by your child's fingernails/toenails to be distorted and brittle. By supplementing with the things you indicate, your child's issues have been helped, thereby causing the symptom you saw in the fingernails/toenails to disappear, so that is a good thing. So I would say the issue with the nails is just one manifestation of an underlying symptom, that you found and cleared.
