It made a big difference for me though it did take 2months to get into my system. Before the Enada I was in bed 20hrs a day. Now I am able to rest on a sofa or recliner chair something I wasn't able to do before. If I stop taking Enada for 3weeks I find I am in the same bedbound state I was before. About a year ago I tried injectable NADH (costs about the same as the tabs) to see if it helped as I thought maybe it hadn't worked due to absorption problems - it didn't work either. I remember there being something written about it helping people who had a certain urinary marker but I can't remember what exactly and I don't have the info any more.
