Guest guest
I am sorry. I should have just deleted her messages. I wasn't feeling well and didn't have patience. I am very understanding and helpful to people all the time. I don't mind people asking the same question that has been asked before. I have answer questions myself dozens of times, the same question. BUT I must say that I have a problem with someone that cannot even read the basic concepts of CFS. There are so many simple books (not like Osler's web like someone suggested, but easy ones), and if she can't afford it they are in the library. Yes people are sick, but they have to take some responsibility, not just show up on a list and expect everyone to hand them everything on a silver platter. Like I said, I have never objected to a question from anyone until now, but to come in and not even know what CFS is, that is too much for me. Guest guest
Hi Doris, Sorry to hear that some people on the list don't meet your obviously high standards. I personally am blocking your name from my computer because I base my own standards on kindness and you don't meet mine. Bonnie

I consider that I am well-read but there are a lot of terms used here that I do not understand as well as a lot of conditions that I am not familiar with. I think we should remember that we are all ill in some way or we would not be on a list such as this one and therefore, we should not be so impatient with others....if their posts tend to bother us, we all have the option to delete them. At least that is what I do with posts that do not interest me. Just my opinion Carla
Guest guest
Where is our Moderator? When one member of the group gets blasted in such a cruel manner it is a insult to most all members. Guest guest
My apologies, this post was not supposed to be posted, but to be backchannel to the person who sent it to me. Again, I apologize to the original sender. I stand by my belief that people have to take some responsibility to learn on their own. If this list filled up with people who didn't know anything about their illness, we would all get tired of it and stop contributing, and the list would dry up. I have seen this happen on other lists. I don't understand why any person cannot read the CFIDS website or get a CFS books before they start asking lots of extremely detailed questions. If you don't agree with me fine, we all have our opinions. Doris Re: Message for Doris > I am sorry. I should have just deleted her messages.
