Hi .

There is a short discussion of mercury, brainwaves and Dr. Preston in

the archives. It starts at post # 37729, then 37744 and 37792. It

talks about mercury suppressing Beta brainwaves. I know that my Beta

waves are suppressed from an EEG that I had done, and a hair test

showed high mercury levels. From reading the thread I mentioned

above, it sounds like it would be better to deal with mercury problems

before trying Neurofeedback. So it appears that you are on the right

track there.

I do know what you mean by hoping that you have a mercury problem. It

is really frustrating that this illness is so complicated and you have

to do most of the research yourself, with your brain set on barely

function. Then you have to go out and test your theories on yourself

at great expense.

I hope that the mercury detox gets your health back for you.

Ho has recently reported on this list that he is seeing a lot of

improvement from mercury detox.

Tom
