I've noticed accupuncturists are like chiropracters in that they claim their

techniques are good for an entire range of problems, but many times they

aren't getting down to the root of the problem and so you're wasting your

money. I'd do massage therapy as it is proven to help with lymphatic

drainage and clear toxins from the body. Good luck to you.

Hi All;

I started Human Growth Hormone (Humatrope/Somatropin)May 3rd and did

0.1mg injections every third day for six weeks. Initially, there was

a surge of energy and it was easier to find words when speaking. The

major down side problem was muscle cramps/pain which started in the

right leg and proceeded up the right side of the body. I finally

decided to stop the shots for awhile when a migraine woke me up one

night. The doctor had me start taking the muscle relaxant

Soma/Carisoprodol and we added massage too.

Over the many years I've had various kinds of bodywork and it does

help me, it doesn't cure but the body does feel better. Well, I

happen to see a therapist a few days ago, who I haven't seen in a

year or two. He happens to be taking a class in Lympatic Massage and

decided to try some techniques on me. IT WAS FANTASTIC!!!! Gentle,

not painful and I got off the table energized. (Which I've NEVER

done before.) It's not a cure but I haven't needed to restart the

muscle relaxant. Also, I haven't restarted the HGH.

Anyway this e-mail is getting way to long.

Best Wishes,

Fran

Drainage Therapy? Right now, I have acupuncture treatments twice a

month, which according to my acupuncturist helps the lymphatic

system. When I can, I also bounce gently on a mini trampoline.
