Guest guest
Hi all. We're new to enzymes. We're just over one week using them and have found them very helpful. seems much more content, not clawing at me for food before each meal, overall much more happy, still eating well, sleeping better at night, language is booming, and possibly his yeast issue is improved. We noticed changes for the better in stool immediately, to firmer, darker, and more digested. (HNI enzymes) Then we tried another brand (Natrol) which contains cellulase because I've read that it digests the yeast cells, and we saw what we believed to be evidence of that in the stool. We're still analyzing all of this but will report back if/when we come to any firm conclusions. We're hoping that using the enzymes will help make the antifungal more effective when we start using it. (still no script) sigh. Anyway, the main reason for my note today is that I've been looking into the gut healing properties of aloe vera and am confused as to when to give it since it's ideally given on an empty stomach, yet so are the enzymes, especially when you're hoping for the added benefit of weakening the yeast. So here is my question: For those using aloe vera (or colostrum for that matter since the idea is similar) in conjunction with enzymes, what schedule have you worked out that seems most beneficial for the benefits of each supplement? I mean, it seems that if we use them too close together, wouldn't the enzymes destroy the healing properties of the other supplements? Any input from Devin as to how to split these things up most effectively would be very much appreciated. This goes for vitamins and any other supps we give...Thanks all.
