I also understand that toxins are stored in fat, so it makes sense that by getting rid of the fat, you would also reduce the toxins in your system. I wish I had lost weight, but I've gained about 20 lbs during the past three years and I was 20 lbs overweight when I got ill, so I should weigh 40 lbs less than I do. That is actually what I am working on now (not too successfully), but feel that it is the next step in getting healthier and also more active. The 'Bu Zhong Yi Qi Wan' is supposed to help reduce fat, in conjunction with providing more energy and help with kidneys and spleen. It costs about $3.00 a week, so is worth a try.
