Guest guest
Hi! I had taken magnesium and malic acid for about a year before I met my health care professional. When I first saw him, I felt my magnesium level had improved and his first concern was getting my digestive system working properly. > said because of the leuky gut and stuff anyways im > taking opc3 oligomeric proanthocyanidins he put me on > something called roberts formula which on bottle it > says do not use with autoiimine illness is this and > autoimune? Am not familiar with any of the above supplements. > conezymeQ10 I didn't notice any improvement with CoQ10, although it is recommended frequently for CFS. > cider vinegar I sometimes take cider vinegar capsules half an hour before meals because it is supposed to improve weight loss. Haven't lost any weight, so don't know if it's any good. > b complex enzymes I know of an individual that was allergic to B vitamins, so although I have taken B2/B6 combination for carpal tunnel syndrome, and B1 to help brain function, I presently stay away from any B complex vitamins. Am not sure what b complex enzymes are. I improved my B12 by taking a B12 enzyme called, methylcobalamin. It was very effective and I no longer am deficient in B12 and only had to take one bottle of the methylcobalamin. > lacttibcillus I take gut flora to increase flora in my gut whenever I start feeling bloated, etc. > and this powder called complete > cleansing and anti toxin system. Could be okay, sometimes cleansing systems can overwhelm the body if it has problems handling toxins. A short bout of flu like symptoms would probably indicate that it is doing its job to get rid of toxins. > now my biochemist in > nj that i worked with on the phone says i have a > severe case of hypoglcemia is that part of this he had > me on some products by thorne called sf722 to kill > yeast Am not familiar with sf722, but I would definitely keep taking the lactibicillus, because probably all the yeast in your body is being killed and that would replenish the good gut flora. I think eating additional protein is good for hypoglycemia > i felt depressed and suicidal on it why is that > so then he had me call my md and see if she would give > me diflucan for a month my symptoms are worse pain > and my skin feels itchy inside to and fatigue is worse > is this normal im not sure I don't take prescription medications so can't comment, but it might be worth to check with your md about your symptoms. > what to do does the guy at > the health stor sounds like he nos what hes doing? Unless he is muscle testing to see what you need, he can only rely on literature and I think we've all found that we don't react in a normal manner to prescriptions or supplements. I think the only way you are going to make any sense of what you really need, is to find a health care professional that muscle tests supplements that you need. You can do it yourself with a friend. Just hold out your arm, and think about or hold the supplement you are testing, and have your friend press down on your arm. If it stays strong, it is good for you, if it goes limp, it is not good for you. You can also try it on your prescription medication. Hope that helps.
