need help with severe hand pain

I've got FMS, CFIDS, osteoarthritis and carpal tunnel syndrome. Those are

the official diagnoses. Lately my hands are cold, wrists excruciatingly

painful, fingertips are numb. Pain is constant, like a toothache in my

wrists, and I get sharp shooting pain from the slightest movement. Over the

years this seems to be getting worse, I can do less and less without

triggering severe flare. Does anyone have any suggestions for help with

this? I take B6 for it, but so far it hasn't helped.
