inverted sleep cycles - fixing

If a sleep cycle is completely inverted, one of the best ways to fix

it is to march it forward time permiting. Stay up a little later

every day until you are going to sleep at noon, one p.m., three p.m.

etc. until you are sleeping at night. Once you get to about 7 or 8

p.m. bed time you will have an easier time normalizing. It's not

easy at first to push forward and might be intimidating for some.

One way is to look at it like an farm life time - Every hour asleep

after sun down is a plus and every hour awake after 6 am. is good.

That way you accumulate more good sleep hours as you begin to shift.

It may feel a little weird going to bed in the day at first but as

you shift there's progress to be seen.

Just make sure to put the breaks on early enough and don't nap once

you get to an early bed time that's good (i.e. 10 pm).
