Guest guest
I have tried a lot of things over the years, and thought it might be useful to say the things that have helped me the most. It is hard to list everything I take, but it includes most of the things people on these lists mention. I believe some of those things are helping, but these below are the only things that have made a dramatic difference. These are things I could link improvement to. For example, I take it and start feeling good, I don't take it and start feeling worse. Gamma globulin shots. This was a few years ago when I had EBV and constant flu-like feeling. Shots helped immediately and effect lasted 3-4 days until just before my next shot. Whey protein, when I was starting to slide after a long remission; before my fillings were removed. This slowed and reversed the decline. Heparin and doxycycline - Helped a lot of symptoms CoQ10 - At 100mg and up I noticed a little cognitive improvement B12 shots - I am only on my 3rd week, but right away I noticed a significant improvement in cognitive function. I am very excited about this. I guess the only other thing would be stuff that helps me sleep good, and I've switched around a lot over the years. Currently I take klonopin, doxepin and melatonin and that is working better than anything else I've tried. I did like ambien for falling asleep but doctor won't prescribe anymore.
