Guest guest
Hi all, We just checked google and there are 16 hits for Acclydine, but they are all in Dutch! Someone, sezar99q@..., posted that the DeBecker-DeMeirleir report at the Sydney conference concluded: " Acclydine in combination with amino acids gives an improvement in CFS symptoms. No major adverse events were noted. Acclydine appears to be a safe and adequate drug for CFS. Does anyone know more? Sezar, how did you get this report? Guest guest
> Can we get accylydine here in the U.S.? > > Mike > Hi Mike & all, I researched the Acclidyne already. It's not sold in the US. I contacted the company in Netherlands, they said first you need to determine after certain blood tests if you are a candidate for it, if you are, they sell it for 1650 Euro dollars(approx.87 cents US to the ED) for 6 month supply for the treatment program. If I find their email about it, I will forward it to you. Al
Guest guest
Dear , I , too, wondered about Acclydine. Below is a back-channel reply to questions I posted. I'm removing the name of the person who sent it to me. Sue B. upstate New York ********************** Hi Sue, Saw your post on the list, Here are the details on Acclydine from the company selling it. x x x ********************** From: x x x info@... Subject: Acclydine questions Hi, I would like to know if the Acclydine product you sell is sold in the USA ? Can I order it by mail order from you? If ordering from you, what form of payment from the US do you accept? I want to us it for ME (CFS in the US); are there a lot ME-CFS patients using it with success? Did you do a research study on it for ME ? Do you have a website ? Thanks, x x x ********************** From: Hendriks <mailto:jeffrey.hendriks@...> x x x In this document, I have send you a text in English about Acclydine. Normally, we only send products to doctors or to the patient on a prescription. Before we do so, we always check the blood of the patient. We need to be sure that some value's are correct. Otherwise, there is no sense in using Acclydine at all because it doesn't work. We can always see how to ship the product abroad. My advice is however that you have your blood checked first. Than we can see if Acclydine could be useful. The costs for the whole treatment, which means besides Acclydine 4 other products, are for 14 weeks 1650 Euro. (for patient abroad, we ask if they could pay in advance) I can't tell you which values indicate that you can start with the products; I'm not a doctor. However, when your doctor checks the value's below and you fax or mail them to us, our doctor can check them (at no costs). They can talk about the the values by phone so that you can be helped. The value's are; IgF-1 (somatodin C) IgF-BP3 HbA1C Gamma GT ALAT TSH Creatinin Normal bloodscreening We have already performed several studies. However the result per patient are very difficult to reflect on others. The ratio becomes better but how much depends entirely on what other medicines the patient uses, or how high was the ratio in the first place. I hope we can help you. Our experience so far is that if patients have all the correct values, we can help 60-85% of the patients, and 80-85% if the ratio IgF-1/IgF-BP3 is higher 4,5. Good luck, please let me know how the results are. I look forward hearing from you again.
