Borrelia burgdorferi infection has been implicated in cutaneous B-cell lymphoma. We report a case of multilesional primary cutaneous large B-cell lymphoma without extracutaneous spread in a patient with elevated B. burgdorferi titers. After antibiotic therapy, clinical remission and a subsequent drop in B. burgdorferi antibody titers were obtained. Copyright 2001 S.
