I take melatonin (now this I can't sleep if I don't take) and something called Live Calm Sleep Deep (Stephania Rotunda) , an herb I got from my doctor and that I don't think you can get other than through a medical professional (can't find it on web searches, etc.). Stephania Rotunda I've found also definitely produces a dependency, without this I also can't sleep at this point.
