Guest guest Posted August 8, 2001 Report Share Posted August 8, 2001 It is a good article.But except for taking steroid type drugs which deplete your adrenals more,and makes you dependent on cortisone which effect wears off like several people stated who tried it.What can we try ?there are afew supplements,anyone have results with pregnenolone,which is an alternative to DHEA,or Dhea,7 keto,curcumin which promotes histamine and cortisol levels,they all can be found in health food stores.
