I take 2 of the soft gels a day now but started off with 3 a day. Have tried

Rosemary and all the other products that are mentioned here and they made my

headaches worse. I have daily migraine headaches and apparently these other

products are somewhat vascular dilators. They probably help most people but

not me. Have found that iherb.com Source Naturals is the best price that I

have found.
