Guest guest
Hi , I have some pretty basic questions regarding B12 and magnersium injections. My main CFS symptom up to about a year ago was a very foggy head (felt like I had a few bricks and a blanket stuffed into my head) - I had lots of trouble reading (due to fatigue around my eye muscles) but could think quite clearly. Also- big sleep problems- unrefreshing sleep. After liver detox program (whey, Ultra-clear, anti-oxidents etc) my sleep got much worse and now I'm really fatigued and have insomnia. (Just thought I'd say that because everyone seems to have different symptoms). I'm trying some b12 injections at the moment...first of all hydroxocobalamin, which didn't do very much...but then my doc tried methylcobalamin which seems to have made a bit of difference. It knocks me into sleep but the muscles in my head and around my eyes are very thick and heavy during during the day and it's really difficult to concentrate. Does anyone else have these symptoms? Do you know why it does this? I don't take magnesium by injection...why is mag usually coupled with B12 in injections? What does it do for those of you that take it? thanks, Emma _________________________________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free E-mail from MSN Hotmail at http://www.hotmail.com.
