My understanding is that if you have multiple food sensitivities, you are

sensitive to the enzymes that your body produces to digest that particular food,

so if you are eating the same thing,

eventually the enzymes build up because they can't clear before you eat the same

food again. That is the rational behind the 4 days. It takes 4 days to clear

your body of the enzymes it used to

digest that particular food.

It stands to reason then, that you should alternate everything, so that you

don't develop a sensitivity to it. Personally, I alternate olive oil and

grapeseed oil for cooking. I stay away from

corn oil, but have alternated canola and sunflower also. I am no longer

sensitive to foods, but still try not to eat the same thing every day.
