Guest guest
Hi! Jonathon My understanding is that if you have multiple food sensitivities, you are sensitive to the enzymes that your body produces to digest that particular food, so if you are eating the same thing, eventually the enzymes build up because they can't clear before you eat the same food again. That is the rational behind the 4 days. It takes 4 days to clear your body of the enzymes it used to digest that particular food. It stands to reason then, that you should alternate everything, so that you don't develop a sensitivity to it. Personally, I alternate olive oil and grapeseed oil for cooking. I stay away from corn oil, but have alternated canola and sunflower also. I am no longer sensitive to foods, but still try not to eat the same thing every day.
