Vegetable Juicing--A Substitute for Supplements?

Hi all--still trying to figure out how to detox.

I want to go off all supplements for awhile to give my

body, especially my liver, a rest.

Does anyone think that raw vegetable juice (with or

without the pulp) would be an acceptable substitute

for supplemental vitmins, minerals, enzymes, and

antioxidants?

Short term? Yes or no

Long term? Yes or no
