I want to go off all supplements for awhile to give my body, especially my liver, a rest. Does anyone think that raw vegetable juice (with or without the pulp) would be an acceptable substitute for supplemental vitmins, minerals, enzymes, and antioxidants? Short term? Yes or no Long term?
