Guest guest
Where are you getting your beta 1,3 D-Glucan from and at what price? I looked at BAC but it is still pricey at 40bucks for 60caps of 500mg. I noticed that you are using a powder. Have you found a cheap bulk supplier? >>>>>With my immunepro or immunocal I've always mixed in a heaping 1/2 teas Beta 1,3 D Glucan (~1.5 grams) Best to all, (WA) __________________________________________________
Guest guest
Bob, I got my beta 1,3D Glucan in a bulk 250 gram bottle from Chisolm: http://www.chisolmbio.com/index.htm It was pricey, but I'm happy with the quality and the results. My immune system is functioning better. (WA) > Where are you getting your beta 1,3 D-Glucan from and > at what price? I looked at BAC but it is still pricey > at 40bucks for 60caps of 500mg. Guest guest
, do you have a way of knowing that the Beta Glucan is helping your immune system function better? I am taking it sporadically but can't tell. > It was pricey, but I'm happy with the quality > and the results. Guest guest
, I'm not a doctor so it's not easy for me to explain... In my last blood morphology (after at least a month on Beta Glucan, ImmunFactor1, MSM, heparin, bromelain, L-taurine, doxy,...) My white blood cells looked healthier and more active. In my earlier assessment my WBC's were fragile and inactive. Physically, I still get tired after strenuous activity. But, I rest and recouperate. Previously, I would crash and get set back a few days. (WA) > , do you have a way of knowing that the Beta Glucan is helping your > immune system function better? Guest guest
, that makes sense to me, one non-doc to another. I am in the same boat right now almost...not really crashing anymore and if I gave the rest and recuperate a chance I think it would work. What kind of thing/test looked at your WBCs? Was that a live blood morphology? Thanks. Guest guest
, My doctor uses Bradford's high resolution microscopy system. He pricks my little finger and makes two slides. One he lets dry while we look at the live blood on a TV screen. Later, we assess the dried blood. See site for more info: http://www.bradfordresearchinst.com/ I think it costs around $125 for the assessment and is not covered by my blue cross insurance. Personally, I feel I get a more accurate assessment of the effect treatments are having on my system then re-sending my blood off to labs across the country. One ISAC Panel was enough to get me started on heparin. I use the blood morphologies to assess the effect the heparin (and other treatments)are having on my blood.
