Guest guest
Hi - I was just reading thru the archives here, and I read some cautions against the use of SAM-e for depression and/or pain. Apart from its ability to raise homocysteine levels (which must be counteracted by taking some substance - can't remember which :>), I'm wondering why people with (suspected) mercury toxicity might have a problem with SAM-e? This may have to do with methylation - I'm wondering if it has anything to do with glutathione, since SAM-e increases glutathione levels? In this case it may be problematic in the way that whey is problematic - " the storm before the calm " sort of thing. Anybody know? --
