Rita, how do you manage to take them 3 times a day on an empty stomach? I

find trying to juggle supplements that have to be on an empty stomach, versus

those that have to be with food, etc., very difficult. How long before

eating and how long after eating do you wait with the seacure? I've always

heard that " empty stomach " means one hour after a meal and two hours before

the next. Thanks,

Emtpy stomach for Seacure is five mintues before eating as they are readily

absorbed right into the bloodstream. I always wait two hours after a meal

before taking supplements that should be on an empty stomach. I have my day all

on a schedule to work it all in. My times are tkaing on waking (6AM), then I eat

breakfast, about noon then I eat lunch, and at 4PM then I eat dinner about 5.

It works out. Rita
