Guest guest
A very knowledgeable person with a lot of connections throughout the CFIDS community told me. Immunotec may not want to disclose the fact that they were involved in a lawsuit. How many companies do when it may involve information that is detrimental to their business? I assume your friend is one of the MLM's? If so, she is probably outside the loop on something like this or she could be correct. It wouldn't bother me if it were untrue as I don't use their product anyway and I would not have any problems unknowingly passing along detrimental information on an MLM company. Steve B. Immunocal law suit.......Steve B > I checked with my friend, who works for Immunotec and she checked it > out with the company and was told there was nothing behind this > rumour, completely unfounded and that htere has never been a law > suit.
