Didn't know if you all knew aobu this but there is a product out there called Cap-M-Quik (also available through the internet) that is a fast way to move the enzymes from the veggies to the gel caps. It's on a tray like thing and then you pour the enzymes on top after you fill 50 little slots with the caps. Then youuse this card thing to swish the enzyme over the tops of the caps and a tamper that mushes the enzyme down into the cap. Then youlower the tray thing and you just pop the tops on. SO MUCH FASTER!! I got it at the HFS, about $11 for the tray another 5 or so for the tamper and then of course the caps... Just an FYI.
