Guest guest
Mark and . I am taking 4Life Transfer Factor now, have been for about 2 weeks. I am not sure if I should be changing around my dosages or not - so far I have been taking one cap 3 times a day (except when I forget). What I have found - initially, I mean the first cap, it really blew me out and I felt real CFS sick. Then that eased off in about a day or so. Now, like with the Cytolog I also take, my bowels are functioning really well. The Cytolog started this trend this summer (I had IBS and was in a space of getting constipated). As soon as I started the Cytolog the constipation stopped. Now my transit time has got to be down to less than 24 hours...I am going like 3 times a day except when I am at work (only two crazy days) bc I get so stressed out... Guest guest
, are you going to stop TF or anything else (like enemas/colonics) when you start the Hgh? Mike > Mark and . Guest guest
Hi , That's great to hear the TF is helping. Also, the Cytolog. We've read about it but never ran into anyone who was taking it. It was touted for FMS in some of the reading we had done. Do you know of anyone else using it? I'd be curious to know how others feel Cytolog has helped. also had IBS but that is a thing of the past. Between identifying food intolerances and SBO's something helped. Probably the food thing mostly. She still has a very limited diet but does very well that way. It is amazing how she is affected, neurologically also! It is a strange illness. We'd have to say the adrenal rejuvenation program also helped immensely. We really wonder if at the beginning stages of developement when in theory cortisol levels are high and stress is high that the gut is seriously compromised then that leads to LGS and then to food intolerances. Or do the hidden food intolerances come first?!? We do know from research that the gut is our " second " brain with the number of brain chemicals associated with it. Hmmm. Happy healing!
