Guest guest
Every time I used a steroid nasal spray, I would either have a relapse or get another infection. The docs say that the steroid dose will not get into your bloodstream and therefore not suppress your immune system, but my experience showed otherwise. I have chronically low WBC count, so if your WBC count is normal, maybe these steroid sprays won't bother you. Guest guest
Hello - I don't take these - give me headaches and racing heart. I use Ocean saline nasal spray instead when my allergies act up and it works really well for me.
