I just wanted to mention that people can often slowly work up to a higher

dose of oral magnesium. If you start with one pill, for example, because

taking two gives you diarrhea, then you can try taking 1 1/2 after a while,

etc. I have been doing that with success. I have no idea if oral magnesium

alone can help with heart arrhythmias, though.

Good luck everyone,

Corina

Hi Corina and all,

Oral magnesium definitely stops my heart arrhythmias, and if I'm out

of magnesium for a few days, the arrhythmias return. I've read that

it's

helpful to others also in this way. Sandy

Hi,

Again, check on this with a cardiologist; but quite a few years ago

two well known cardiologists, unrelated in their work to ME/CFS,

found that magnesium chloride taken orally was helping their patients

with some cardiac symptoms. It was a husband and wife team whose

last name is Altura. Medline could help with that. Experientially

it helps arrythmias in me, but I don't know what kind of arrythmias

it helps and I don't think people should self-medicate when it comes

to the heart.
