Guest guest
, I think you have to " go with your gut " and try one thing, then another. I know how it is, as many of us do, to be sick and too sensitive. Some things that helped me at times - COQ10 for energy. Also Enada NADH. Also, Glutamine but that got me sick eventually. Also, *sleep* and lots of it, with as regular hours as I could. Milk Thistle really helped me be able to tolerate things better - it is for the liver. Just a few ideas. Colonics are the one best thing I have found to help cognition for me - and tiny bits of Klonopin if I need it. And not eating anything that I am remotely allergic to, following a strict anti-candida diet... There was a time, about 2 years ago when the only thing I could eat and feel ok was a beef. The whey protein is also important. What have you tried already?

Guest guest
, I am glad you wrote back. First off, even before I got my amalgams outm which is now a year and a half ago, I figured out (with my doc) that for the Enada to do *anything* I needed 15 mg. I know that is alot in terms of expense, but if you get it from immunesupport.com it is almost half price of what you would have to pay in the pharmacies. Next, there was recently a discussion on the metals list about that Peptide Chelating Agent. The list address is www.cfsn.com . You go there to join under " join metals " . There are a few dentists on the list and one of them recently said that the peptide chelating agent didn't make any scientific sense to her at all. Some of the people on the list are taking it like you are. I don't know the answer...I didn't follow the discussion at all bc I am very sceptical of all chelating agents. I can talk more about this if you want. They are good for some and not for others. And some might now work at all. It's a mess. I have been also told by my doc and read a bunch about candida and mercury. Mercury loves candida so they are right. As long as you have enough mercury, it will hang on to the candida. Have you ever been to the Candida Forum site? It is an amazing amazing place and the questions and answers are laid out so that they are really easy to read and understand. And there is a tremendous archive that is really easy to access that has tons of information. All you have to do is type in the word, and everyone who's posted about it will be there for you to explore. The candida forum was the first place I went on the net that really really started helping me. And there are all levels of questions, from the really simple to people like us. The address is http://www.healthyawareness.com Let me know if that is not right, I haven't been there in awhile. Protein: I used to use the Immunocal but now I use ImmunePro. I switched back when everyone was switching bc Dr Cheney was excited about the IPro. And bc it is less expensive. If I were you, I am not sure which I would start with.... Colonics are something that you can't give yourself. You have to have a qualfied person give them. They are sort of like an enema, but it is more like an in and out washing of the lower colon. The first time I did them, I felt really bad bc I was too sick and didn't have any stamina at all. Then, about 6 months later I was better enough and it was fine. And I found a colonic therapist who understood CFS so it was better. , it will get better. Keep it up. I hope I didn't write too much. I know it is hard to read it all and take it in. Take care of yourself, Re: need help with energy and cognitive problems > right now i am taking 5mg of enda, and i am taking > this pcprx petide clathering agent to get rid of > mercury but this doc thinks i have to get rid of > mercury first before i can do anything else but i dont > think he nos how sick i feel plus he say that i cant > get rid of candida until mercury is gone. which whye > protien do you use? how do you do the colonics? > thanks > --- jane_doe_press <jane_doe_press@...> wrote: > > , I think you have to " go with your gut " and > > try one thing, then > > another.
