Nicholson type Doc needed in KS or MO

I need a dr. who is familar with Nicholson's approach in treating CFS. I

have sent my blood to his lab but my dr. knows nothing about this approach.

I am looking for a dr. who is also good at communicating his results to

insurance companies. I will be getting my results back in about a week. I

live in Columbia MO and I can travel to St. Louis or K.C..

My parents live around Wichita KS. If need be I may be able to travel to

Chicago.
