Guest guest
I have an appointment with Dr. Shungu at Columbia University to have a Spect scan done the first week in January. I am having it done mainly so that I will be able to get disability. Could someone who has been through it please post and tell me what it is like? Specifically, is it similar to an MRI where you are in a very confined space for quite a while? Also, I had read that you are injected with something and that this can make you quite unwell for a day or so after. I was told that I would be unable to drive afterwards. ( I don't drive anyway due to my regular unwellness.) Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. a " Do me a favor doc tell me something good.
