If you've just begun to take it you will benefit most by taking 4

packets/day (if you can tolerate this dose) for 30 days then drop down to a

maintenance dose of 2 a day. This will get your functional glutathione

levels to normal within 30 days. Taking any more than 2 a day after that

point will provide no additional benefit (unless you weigh 250+ lbs.? in

which case you may need 3/day). Steve B.

I think 2 packets at same time is OK. It takes 6 months to get funct. glut.

levels to normal at 2 packets a day so yes you can still benefit from higher

dose. SB

Steve et al,

Regarding higher initial doses of the whey proteins during first 30

days:

-need this necessarily be in divided doses, or could for example 2

packets be taken at once?

-assuming this applies to the wheys, not just ImuPlus?

-if one has already begun at usual dosages, would a 30 day period of

the increased dosages be useful in achieving glutathione loading

levels ( say one has been on them a few weeks)?

Thanks!

Jo

Hi Steve B.

Thanks for responding. What if I have been taking the Imuplus for about a

month now at 1 - 2 packets a day (usually 2). Should I still go up to four a

day for the next month? Or not? And, no, I weigh 120 ish.

Thanks!

WEndy B.

I personally would go to 4/day if I could tolerate it then drop to 2/day

after 30 days. Steve B.
