Hemex Testing/Finding Doc.

It's best to use your regular doctor so you don't have to pay for an initial

consultation fee. All your dr. has to do is fax a form to hemex (they will

fax a blank on request) and they will put him on their list of registered

clients. Then your dr. just has to request a test kit and hemex will mail

it to him with instructions. PS: You need to put 4 lbs. of dry ice in box

and ship overnight to hemex.

I want to get the testing done through Hemex, yet do

I just explained the test to my main CFS doc,brought info from HEMEX and she

opened an account to do it. Of course she's open to most anything I request.
