Guest guest
Thanks for the pointers. Yes I do have excell and would appreciate your spreadsheet. I have been looking very intently at your previous posting regarding your protocol. It is interesting that you rank the B12 as #2. I am not doing that. I am going to look into getting B12. I prefer oral though. Does anyone know of a good hydroxyB12 that can be taken orally? , glad you are doing so well. I have recuperated up to 80% myself thanks to Cheney's protocols. Though I really need a Dr. interested in testing for liver, etc. that understands what I am doing. I work full time. I ocasionally miss a day or two due to this problem. That is why I am home today. I am on: Imuplus 2 pks/day Magnesium glycinate 300 mg/day Vit E 800 IU per day Nutrient 950 (Multivitamin recomended Almost 8 years into this adventure of the soul, I have not found anything better than this (I am sure incomplete) list. So I am very interested in ways of improving it. I noticed by the volume of e-mails that you so kindly take the time to answer, and which is very appreciated, that your cognitive skills must be very close to normal, if not completely. So I wanted to ask you about that. Do you still need to take breaks after mental exertion?. Do you feel that you can function normally in that department? I classify my mental exertion in 3: 1.- Using my Jet Engines 2.- Using my Car Engine 3.- Using my Mopet I am using my Car engine now a days. Which means that I can work ok if I do not try to turn my Jet Engines. That is try to really concentrate, use my brain fully. Using the car engine though necessitates laying down for 15 min every two hours. Which works fine with breaks. Have not used those Jet engines much at all since I got sick. I was so used to using them in engineering undergrad and grad school. Took them for granted. Don't we all tend to take the ability to use our brain for granted? Not anymore. As the name implies these engines use different amount of energy/per second. That is why I do not turn the jet engines on. Could wipe me out the whole day. I avoid even trying. I do not remember the last time I tried. Concluding, and all this long preamble is aimed to this question: What engine are you using what percentage of the time? > The treatment section of the CFS section of About.com has info. on Cheney > protocol. Also look up Dallas/Ft. Worth CFIDS chapters web page (don't have > it handy). Others can probably give web pages. If you use excel, I can > e-mail you an attachment with my protocol which consists 85%-90% of Cheney > recommenations.
