Guest guest
I never drink coffee or tea any more, even decaffeinated. The teensiest amount of caffeine makes me incredibly jittery. (Some friends don't understand this and offer me green tea, because they think of it as beneficial.) I used to drink a little tea when I still worked full-time, to keep me going. I now think that was a bad idea because it gave me false energy which contributed to push-and-crash cycles. I am now totally disabled. B. Guest guest
0 never drink coffee and rarely drink caffeinated tea (actually, I never drink caffeinated tea either). I have mild fibromyalgia (used to be moderate). Did drink some caffeinated beverages (about average consumption, probably) before becoming ill. Please note two things: 1. not everyone on this list has fibromyalgia. Some have cfs only. 2. People on this list, almost to a person, are already ill. In an effort to regain our health, many of us have modified our pre-illness consumption of foods and beverages (e.g., probably the majority have, as a result of cfs, developed profound alcohol intolerance, and so no longer drink even the smallest amount of alcohol). Guest guest
I usually take about 2 cups of coffee a day now. This is generally in the mornings only. Ten years ago, while working, I took 8 to 10 mugs of coffee a day for about 3 years. This amount barely got me through a 12 hour work day. I worked as a Social worker in Child Welfare Services for 33 years until my " Total Crash " and need for a forced retirement. I am now 66 years old. Any other information you may need will be gladly provided by me, if it is requested. Thanks and best wishes on a fruitful study.
