Guest guest
Hi , Thanks for responding to my question! I haven't actually seen my test results yet, just talked to my doctor on the phone. He said that the b. cereus was the only pathogen present. I'm curious though, if Greak Smokies says its transient and that it usually does not cause symptoms, whether antibiotics are really necessary for me. I don't have any gastric upset, and based on my reactions to meds, I don't want to take anything unless its absolutely necessary! But then again, I also tested positive for mycoplasma pneumoniae, too. Did your doctor talk to you at all about how you could have gotten this bacteria? Mine said it was normally from food poisoning. Did treating the various bacteria you had result in your feeling better? Thanks for your input! Laurel
