I need to get tested or mycos so I just called the lab here in southern ca

and asked about it. I think the lab here is located in Huntington Beach, ca.

Anyway, I asked them if the mycos panel they did included the test for

Ricketsettia(spelling it wrong I am sure) and they said what is Ricksettia?

I said a type of mycoplasma and they said, huh? So what is going on,,,do I

have the wrong lab or something? Is there a better lab in southern cali that

does testing for mycos?

Rickettsia is not a mycoplasma. It's a parasite which acts much like a

bacteria in your system. There are several rickettsias out there. Go to

Ken's site. He has a whole listing on rickettsias, the read will bring you

up to speed so we can converse.

Immunosciences Lab is in Southern California. My doctor uses them and seems

pretty happy with them.
