For those that don't know, I use a tool called Zotero to index

information about achalasia. Zotero also provides a site for making

libraries of the data that can be public. I keep mine in a public

library I made call Achalasia Atheneum. If you are interested in seeing

it go to:

https://www.zotero.org/groups/achalasia_atheneum/items

On the left are categories, called collections by Zotero, and on the

right are the items in a collection. Some collection have black arrows

next to them. That means they are a collection of collections. Click on

the arrow to see the collections inside. Recently I add a collection for

items about POEM and NOTES:

Goto:

https://www.zotero.org/groups/achalasia_atheneum/items

Click on the arrow next to Surgery,

Click on the arrow next to Myotomy (Esophagomyotomy),

You should now see the POEM and NOTES collection,

Click on it to see the items in it,

Scroll up because you may be too low on the page now and they will list

at the top,

Click on an item to open it.

Most items are going to have URLs if you want you can click on the URL

to go to the site the item came from. Most of the items were completely

generated by Zotero while I surfed the net. I can modify the contents

but for this subcollection I didn't.

In the past I used to publish links to the collections but I found out

the links are temporary and don't work for long, so you have to navigate

the menu. I guess no one cared enough to let me know.

If you like the library you can have it on your computer to use. Just go to:

http://www.zotero.org/

Click on the Download link. Choose either the stand alone version or one

that works through a browser. If you are going to build your own

libraries the browser versions are best. Otherwise if you just want to

access libraries the stand alone may be best. Don't worry about which

type to install. You can have more than one type installed at the same

time, but check the docs on doing that if you do.

After you have your Zotero installed go and register with a user name

and password. Then login and go to:

Groups by clicking on the Groups tab. Then search groups for " achalasia "

You should see the Achalasia Atheneum listed.

Click on the group name, not the group library link.

You should see a button for joining the group.

Click the join button.

You should now be able to use the group library in your Zotero application.
