Guest guest
Thank you for all the input and nice welcome. I am on prescription nexium and metasomething to help with the reflux. I think one of the triggers is stress (big surprise) as I am starting a new job and am also having trouble sleeping. I am using a wedge in bed that my g/f made for me and that seems to help a bit. As many of you know it is a drag to spend night after night sleeping in a reclining chair. I have also had a barium swallow recently that indicated no further problems with the esophogus although there are " pockets " where the food gets stuck. I appreciate the support and insight from this group. all the best,
