Hello Everyone!

We discuss enzymes on this board readily, but this is a very

sensitive subject to some groups. Particularly the GFCF diet groups.

Please keep in mind that the principle aim of those lists is to

provide a discussion forum for parents of children who are avoiding

gluten and casein as well as other substances in their children's

diets. Although they are not an enzyme list, the moderators of those

lists feel that enzymes do relate to the diet and therefore may be

mentioned. They ask that all enzymes discussions be clearly marked in

the subject, so parents that are not interested can skip over these

posts. Please be respectful of other parents feelings as you post.

You can always refer someone to this list to learn more about

enzymes, or to discuss something related to enzymes in detail.

Just a reminder..If anyone feels someones comments or posts on this

list is not appropriate, please let one of us know so it may be

addressed off list.
