I was going through the process of getting ready for surgery at Cleveland Clinic and came to find out my insurance won't pay for it there, only at OSU. This makes me very nervous as I had my heart set on Dr. Rice. My only other option is to wait a year until next November for open enrollment when I can switch providers. Does anyone have any feedback about OSU? I tried searching the forum because I'm sure this question has been answered many times, but I couldn't find anything.
