botox injection for achalashia

Dear all,

I had a botox injection in my oesophagus last week.Initially i thought there was

an improvement , now i am suffering certain symptoms.They are sore throat,jaw

ache , burning sensation in throat, acid? hoarseness of voice  and headaches.

I went to see our local GP who had no experience of achalashia and use of

botox.Thier attitude was indifferent to say the least. I expected them to get

advice from a doctor who had experience in botox and its side effects.

Anybody had a similar experience regarding the side effects of botox and is

there  anything that can  be done to reduce  the side effects. 

Anybodies help , advice or experience will be most appreciated.
