Guest guest
Hi Nelly, Thank you for your reply. >You're a man, you need at least 300mg/day I'm sorry to say that when it comes to abx I am a big girl! >I know some people can't cut the cord, but please, >, remember YOU >have to feed them [your Doctor] info, not the other way round! I agree, but this is easier said than done. The last set of papers I left a consultant including the Mattman test and a published Nicolson paper, which I just thought might be of interest to a Microbiologist where pronounced to be pseudo-scientific quackery. Another person on this list obviously researched a topic well and when the consultant reported he said that she appeared articulate and clearly had no difficulties with cognitive functioning. The point being that in my experience trying to lead and educate the Doctors backfires. All I can do is try and suggest things in a way so subtle that the Doctor thinks that he thought of it himself! I apologise for going on about this, but do you take your abx 300mg in one dose or 150mg BD (twice daily). Do you take them with food? I am trying to figure out if I am sparing my gut flora the worst by taking them on an empty gut with lots of water (a pint), the other advantage of this is that I can take probiotics (and vitamins and minerals) with food, since the probiotics produce many of their benefits through their action on food. This idea was called into doubt when I noticed that Dr Burrascano recommends 100mg TD with breakfast, lunch and supper. Surely this means that there are then no probiotics to compete with pathogenic species for nutrients. Nelly, what type & doses of probiotics are you taking, when, with food? Also, what candida medicine? Please can you give details of Dr Jadin's address, phone number, shipping arrangements, and cost of testing. ===== on in Hampshire, England. jamesinspace@... __________________________________________________
