Guest guest
Hi, Hope everyone is doing great. I have few questions regarding the possible complication - perforation - during the dilatation process. a) There is a chance/risk of perforation during the dilatation procedure, however we have studied that first it is treated with the medication - antibiotics - and if not successful then operation/surgery is performed. Thats all what we normally read on websites, however i was wondering if that is how it happens excatly? Did you experience this complication during the dilatation? If yes, then how it was treated? c) How is it treated with the medications as i believe patient cant swallow the tablets in this condition? d) 'Surgey required to fix the rupture' and heller myotomy - whats the difference between these two? Thanks and Regards Hassaan
