I'm scheduled to have my first dilation this Friday and was wondering of those of you that have had it did it perforate and if so how the diva handled in. I'm nervous about it and trying to purest risks involved. I have aggressive achalasia and had a HM and part fundo in 2009! Thanks in advance!
