Coughs, colds and hiatis hernias etc...?

As a newbie here, I am wondering what happens when we get other illnesses like

winter bugs etc. Are they usually harder to deal with or last longer? Are

there other complications when coughing etc.

Also wondering how a hiatus hernia is dealt with in a patient with A. Anyone

else here have or had one of these too?
