Hi Caroll,

So glad it went well. And enjoy adding in all sorts of foods again. I'm about

7 weeks ahead of you (my HM was 7/1) and have regained 10 of the 25 lbs I lost.

I continue to feel great -- and am trying to eat much healthier now that I can

eat so many vegetables again. I feel lucky I could get this surgery so quickly

from a competent surgeon and that it was diagnosed promptly.
