Guest guest
, What got me through all of the nausea was liquid gravol. I carried a bottle in my purse and when the nausea came I just took a mouthful and waited a minute for things to settle. What also really helps is eating every two hours. Just a couple of crackers or one of those 100 calorie teddy graham bags. (Yes, I'm 45 and still eat animal crackers LOL) Stick to a bland diet, . achalasia From: katief0811@... About two weeks ago I was sick with a stomach virus that lasted longer then anyone in my family. Since then I have become more nauseous and have a hard time traveling long distances. I feel as though I may now suffer from anxiety or something related to this. I am having trouble staying at school because of this and I have no clue what to do. I had my mothers boyfriend give me some composenes for nausea because he suffers from lupus and constantly has this. So does anyone else have these problems? katie in philly
Guest guest
Hi - so sorry to hear you are having this nausea. Sounds awful. I have not had that experience with achalasia. I did try a lot of anti- nausea ideas when pregnant, but probably makes sense to find the root cause first.
