, What got me through all of the nausea was liquid gravol. I carried a

bottle in my purse and when the nausea came I just took a mouthful and waited a

minute for things to settle. What also really helps is eating every two hours.

Just a couple of crackers or one of those 100 calorie teddy graham bags. (Yes,

I'm 45 and still eat animal crackers LOL) Stick to a bland diet, .

Subject: problems after HM

Hello all,

As most of you know, I had my HM in mid-August. About two weeks ago I was sick

with a stomach virus that lasted longer then anyone in my family. Since then I

have become more nauseous and have a hard time traveling long distances. I feel

as though I may now suffer from anxiety or something related to this. I am

having trouble staying at school because of this and I have no clue what to do.

I had my mothers boyfriend give me some composenes for nausea because he suffers

from lupus and constantly has this. So does anyone else have these problems?

Hi - so sorry to hear you are having this nausea. Sounds awful. I have not

had that experience with achalasia. I did try a lot of anti- nausea ideas when

pregnant, but probably makes sense to find the root cause first.
